My Siblings in Christ,
As you may already know, the Rt. Rev. Sean Rowe was elected to serve as Presiding Bishop of The Episcopal Church at our General Convention in Kentucky. I continue my prayers for Bishop Rowe, his family, and all of our Church.
Next week, we will provide an overview of the significant legislation coming out of Convention and the ways in which your deputation was involved. There were many early mornings and long nights. Suffice to say, I am extremely proud of everyone who shared testimony and gave of themselves to serve our diocese and our Church.
I look forward to coming back to you and continuing our transformational work. I am truly grateful for all your prayers and support and I love you deeply.
