Pre-Convention Meeting (10/12/23)

Pre-Convention meetings are opportunities to review proposed resolutions, canon changes, the 2024 budget and for candidates seeking nomination to speak. 

All meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. except for the last one on 10/20 at the Cathedral, which will begin at 4:00 p.m.

After you register, the zoom link for each event date will be sent to you by email. Please note that each pre-convention meeting is assigned its own unique zoom link information, therefore, you will not be able to use the same zoom link for other meeting dates. If you miss a meeting but still want to attend you can register again for another date, or contact Canon Doug Horner by email at: dhorner@diopa.org.

*NOTE: To participate in one of the "Voting training sessions", Parishes must submit their deputies' names by September 29, 2023. Login and password information for delegates will be emailed to them directly.
