Concert: Night Music - The Clock: Music of Haydn, Mozart & Krommer

Night Music returns to Main Line Early Music Series with a mixture of chamber and orchestral works from the 1790s, including five elegant contredanses written by Mozart for use at Vienna’s imperial balls, a diverting flute quartet by his colleague Franz Krommer, and a masterful arrangement of Haydn’s famous “Clock” Symphony made by the composer’s London concertmaster, Johann Peter Salomon.
