Parochial Reports
The Parochial Report was established by the Constitution and Canons of the National Church as a tool for the collection of data that is intended to assist the Church in planning for mission.
We at Church House would like to use the data to provide information about a congregation’s finances and membership over a given time period and what the trends may mean for the future.

Filing Instructions
To file online, visit http://pr.episcopalchurch.org and enter the userid and PIN that was issued for your congregation. In case you forgot your PIN or you need any assistance completing the form, please contact Rob Rogers at (215) 627-6434 x145 or robr@diopa.org.
To help complete this report accurately, the National Church has provided workbooks. Check the National Website for the most recent workbooks in English, Spanish and French.
Please note that parochial reports should be submitted on or before March 1 of each year.
